Body Sculpt is a series of exercises linked together to work your whole body and improve muscle tone and aerobic fitness. For detail and tips on how to perform each of the exercises individually see the other workout programmes.

Which AB-MXR? For most people the 1kg and 2kg will be the most suitable AB-MXR for the Body Sculpt, regular fitness enthusiasts and the strong requiring greater resistance might use the 3kg.

Reps? The Body Sculpt should be done for 20 to 30 minutes. Start with reps of 10 per exercise building up to 1 minute. When your finished, relax and store your AB-MXR away – remember it is small and easily portable so you can exercise at home, on the go, in the gym or on your own.

Warm up. Stretch and do some gentle rotations of your arms, hips and neck to get your circulation moving before starting the full programme.
